Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of eweme.shop and any purchase from EWE & ME LIMITED. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

We sell physical home-textile comfort kits made from natural wool, wool-felt and sheepskin-feel fibres. Product images are representative. Because these are natural materials, colour, texture and size may vary slightly between batches; this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

Limited or seasonal kits are produced in finite runs and are sold on a first-come basis while stock lasts. All patterns and designs are our own; buying from us grants no rights over them.

Each kit lists its wool content and care instructions. Wash as directed. Keep all textiles clear of open flames and direct heat sources — our pieces are not treated as fire-retardant unless a product page states otherwise.

Some kits contain natural wool that may not suit those with a wool sensitivity; sensitivity notes appear on each product page. Comfort and wind-down items (such as eye pillows, neck warmers and weighted-feel cushions) are lifestyle comfort products only. They make no medical, sleep, therapeutic or pain-relief claims. The Pet Snug Kit is a home comfort product, not a veterinary or functional medical item.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or local taxes, which may be charged on delivery. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel an order before dispatch. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch of your order.

Payment is taken through our secure payment provider. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled.

Cosy Club is a paid membership billed monthly or yearly in USD. Benefits apply while your plan is active. It is a membership for pricing, shipping and access benefits — it is not a points scheme, wallet or stored-value product, and nothing carries over or expires. You can cancel any time; benefits continue to the end of the current billing period. A Cosy Studio seasonal set already shipped is a physical item subject to our Returns Policy.

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

You agree to use the store lawfully and not to resell our limited kits fraudulently, counterfeit our designs, or use our content to infringe intellectual property. See our Acceptable Use Policy. All site content, designs and patterns are owned by EWE & ME LIMITED.

We provide the store and products with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. Questions? Email support@eweme.shop.
