• Use the store for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
• Fraudulently resell our limited or member-only kits, or misrepresent them as another brand's.
• Counterfeit, copy or reproduce our designs, patterns or photography without permission.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, or use our content to do so.
• Interfere with the site's security, scrape it at scale, or attempt to access systems or data you're not authorised to.
• Submit false order, payment or contact information, or use another person's payment method without authority.
• Abuse, threaten or harass our team.

All product designs, colourways, text, and imagery on eweme.shop are the original work of EWE & ME LIMITED and are protected. Purchasing a kit gives you the physical product only; it grants no licence over our designs or brand.

Cosy Club early access and limited seasonal drops are for genuine members buying for personal use or legitimate gifting. Using membership to bulk-buy limited kits for deceptive resale is not permitted and may lead to cancellation without refund of the affected items.

We may refuse or cancel orders, suspend accounts, and take further action where this policy is breached. If you see misuse, tell us at support@eweme.shop. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
