How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide. Orders are packed within 1–3 working days, then delivered by our carriers within the timeframe shown at checkout for your country. You'll receive tracking by email once your kit is on its way.

Do I pay import duties?

Prices are in USD and shown before tax. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged by your local customs on delivery and are the recipient's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for detail.

What's your returns window?

You have 30 days to return unused kits in their original condition; Cosy Club and Cosy Studio members get 60 days. For hygiene, opened intimate items such as slippers, bed socks and eye pillows can't be returned unless faulty.

How do I care for wool?

Cold hand-wash or a wool cycle with mild wool detergent, no bleach, and dry flat away from direct heat. Each kit ships with a care card, and members receive seasonal wool-care guides.

Is wool safe around heaters or flames?

Keep all textiles clear of open flames and direct heat sources. Our pieces are not treated as fire-retardant unless a product page states otherwise.

How do I manage my Cosy Club membership?

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel any time through your account's billing portal. If you cancel, benefits continue until the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again.
