1. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method through our payment provider. We don't offer cash refunds or transfers to a different card or account. All refunds are processed in USD.
2. Timing
Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we approve the refund within 3–5 working days. After that, your bank or card issuer typically takes a further 5–10 working days to show the funds, depending on their processing times.
3. One-time kit orders
For change-of-mind returns, we refund the price of the returned items once received in acceptable condition per our Returns Policy. Original standard shipping is refunded only where the whole order is returned or the items were faulty, damaged or incorrect. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns isn't refunded.
4. Cosy Club membership
Membership is billed for the period ahead. If you cancel, your benefits continue until the end of the current billing period and you won't be charged again; we don't pro-rate part-used periods unless required by law. A Cosy Studio seasonal set that has already shipped is a physical item and is not refundable as part of a membership cancellation, but is covered by our Returns Policy if faulty. If a renewal is charged in error, contact us and we'll put it right.
5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your kit arrives faulty, damaged or not as ordered, you're entitled to a full refund (including shipping) or a replacement. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
6. Questions and disputes
If something isn't right with a refund, contact us first at support@eweme.shop— we'll resolve it quickly. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and does not limit mandatory consumer rights in your country.
