Shipping & Delivery Policy

Everything about how and when your wool kit reaches you, wherever you are.

1. Where we ship

Ships worldwide. We deliver to the countries listed at checkout. If your country is not listed, email support@eweme.shopand we'll do our best to help.

2. Processing time

Orders are picked and packed within 1–3 working days. Kits containing several items are dispatched together once the whole kit is ready. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

3. Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, typical delivery windows by region are:

  • United Kingdom: 2–4 working days
  • Europe: 4–8 working days
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 working days
  • Rest of world: 7–15 working days

These are estimates, not guarantees; carriers and customs can add time during busy periods.

4. Shipping cost

Standard worldwide shipping is a flat $12. Orders over $75 ship free, as do all orders from Cosy Club and Cosy Studio members. Shipping is shown before you pay.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

Prices are in USD and shown before local taxes. For international orders, any import duties, VAT or customs charges are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility, payable on or after delivery. We cannot predict these charges. We declare shipments accurately and cannot mark them as gifts.

6. Bulky wool items

Some kits — oversized throws, bed blankets, bundles and pouffes — are light but bulky, so they ship in larger parcels and occasionally as more than one parcel. Whole-Home and New-Home bundles may arrive in separate deliveries; we'll send tracking for each.

7. Stock, delays and lost parcels

If an item is delayed or temporarily out of stock, we'll email you with options, including waiting, swapping or a refund of that item. If a parcel appears lost or is significantly delayed, contact us at support@eweme.shopand we'll open an investigation with the carrier and put it right.

8. Delivery address

Please check your delivery address at checkout — we ship to the address you provide. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately; we can usually update it before dispatch, but not after the parcel has left us.
